We use Amazon for all our deliveries. Standard delivery normally takes 3–5 days. Your product will come in Amazon packaging, so don’t be surprised!
Our express delivery option aims to get your order to you next working day. You need to order before 11am for next day delivery, otherwise you may have to wait and extra 24 hours.
If for any reason we don’t get your order to you in the advertised time we will refund your delivery charge.
Payment is via Google Checkout — our secure online retail partner. We won’t charge your card until after we have dispatched your order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Koodoo Stands products please return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. You don’t need to give us any reason for returning the product but we are always interested to know.
Here’s how it works:
Should the product be faulty or damaged then please get in touch. We’ll dispatch a new one immediately and will arrange to collect the damaged one free of charge. You will need to notify us of damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
This only applies to orders made via this website. For other retailers (including Amazon) please contact them directly.
